EU4Advice and COREnet launch the “Local Food Advisors’ Journey 2026”

E4Advice and COREnet launch a joint campaign for advisors to strengthen membership of the European Advisory Network for Short Food Supply Chains (SFSCs)

The “Local Food Advisors’ Journey 2026” is designed to demonstrate the value of the European Advisory Network for SFSCs (EAN-SFSC) and to actively involve advisors in shaping it.

The Advisors’ Journey offers a flexible and evolving package of activities for advisors who are part of the COREnet and EU4Advice shared network. The Advisors’ Journey, built as a “work in progress”, encourages continuous feedback, ideas and proposals from SFSC advisors to improve this exchange. Activities will include webinars, trainings, practice abstracts and short project videos, helping advisors discover innovative approaches and learn from each other.

Short videos will be used to present different EU projects involved in the advisory and the SFSC systems, allowing advisors to quickly understand their objectives, tools and results, and to identify opportunities for cooperation and uptake in their own advisory work.

The backbone of the campaign is “Advisors’ Monday”, a monthly one-hour online webinar held every third Monday of the month at 10:00 CET, bringing together advisors from all participating countries.

The journey officially starts with the first webinar on 19 January, hosted by EU4Advice, focusing on food hygiene and Austrian experiences.
The second webinar will follow on 16 February, hosted by COREnet.
