EFFoST 2023- Sustainable Food and Industry 4.0: Towards the 2030 Agenda

The 37th EFFoST International Conference will be held in Valencia, Spain from 6-8 November 2023. The conference will focus on the theme of “Sustainable Food and Industry 4.0: Towards the 2030 Agenda.” The conference will showcase the latest scientific discoveries and technologies to obtain new ingredients and foods, and will explore how these can be used to create sustainable food systems.

The conference will be organized into three main subthemes:

• Food Sustainability
• New Food Product Development: From Risk Assessment to Nutritional Foods
• Food and Microbes

The conference will bring together world-renowned researchers, scientists, policy makers, professionals, and students from multi-disciplinary food-related fields to share the latest developments and create new partnerships.
