Food Vision 2030 Review – working together to prepare submissions

Tuesday, May 5th at 16:00 – 17:30
Ireland’s agri-food plan – Food Vision 2030 – is up for consultation, with submissions due by May 14th. This coincides with extreme shocks to the global food and farming supply systems, with fuels and fertilisers especially impacted. Ireland is very exposed to any disruptions in global agri-food trade, with too little focus on domestic supply, on health, or on environmental impact.
The idea in this session is to crowd-source as much relevant, up-to-date information from our community of practice, and to make it available to others for their submissions. While there will also be some expert-led guidance, this session is primarily about us working together.
In this 90 minute meeting we will develop urgent and impactful asks to deal with the agri-food crises which will help organisations prepare their submissions for Food Vision 2030.
