Governance Models for Collective Marketing in Short Food Supply Chains: Join Our Next Advisinar

While collective marketing is a key lever for strengthening Short Food Supply Chains (SFSCs), yet groups organise it in many different ways, depending on their objectives, level of cooperation, risk-sharing preferences, activities and local community. There is not a shared methodology. Additionally, for the advisors and facilitators who accompany these groups, and for producers themselves, finding the right path takes time, care and shared experience.
That is why EU4Advice, with contribution of sister project COREnet, is pleased to invite you to a new Advisinar on Monday 19 October 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 CEST, online on Zoom.
Together, we will explore the key questions producer groups face when setting up collective marketing initiatives and the role advisors and facilitators play in supporting these decisions. Practical examples will show how collective projects are structured, the challenges they encounter and how their governance evolves over time.
Because we want every participant to feel included, for the first time, translated subtitles will be available during the webinar, so those who feel less comfortable in English can follow in their own language.
To activate them, click Captions (CC) in the Zoom toolbar (or look under More), open the caption settings and choose your language under Translate to. The automatic translation is not perfect, but we hope it will make the session more welcoming. We recommend updating Zoom beforehand, as these options may appear in different places depending on your version.
