Local Food Advisors’ Journey 2026

The Local Food Advisors Journey 2026 is a learning journey/ exchange programme developed by EU4Advice and COREnet to showcase the work of the European Advisory Network of Short Food Supply Chains (EAN-SFSC) and actively engage advisors in its development.

The programme is meant to be a fluid and developing process that involves advisors of the EU4Advice and COREnet networks in a work in progress. Advisors are not only participants, they are contributors.

The Advisors 2026 Journey will provide a rich array of webinars, trainings, practice abstracts and short project videos, which will provide numerous opportunities to study innovative approaches to the advisory practice, share their experience, and learn with colleagues all over Europe. 

Central to the programme is the Advisors Monday which is a monthly online webinar of 1hr that happens on the 3rd Monday of the month at 10:00 CET, which is a regular space where advisors in all the participating countries can converse and get inspired (and ask questions). The trip started on 19 January and the first webinar organized by EU4Advice touched upon food hygiene and the experiences of Austria in thos regard.

The Local Food Advisors 2026 will be the main center of this webpage. This is where you will get all the programme information such as the essentials documents, advisinar videos (webinars for and by advisors), presentations, brief project videos and other useful materials. This space will be constantly updated as the journey goes on and will expand with the programme and the advisors to assist them throughout the year.
